Returns policy
Due to the personalised nature of keepsake jewellery, returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
Each piece is carefully handmade specifically for you using your personal inclusions.
Damages or faults
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or not what you expected, please get in touch with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded once completed:
- Personalised keepsake jewellery
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refund processing
If a refund is approved due to a genuine fault or damage, it will be returned to your original payment method once the item has been checked.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear.
